We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock.

Online payments are processed securely by Safepay Pakistan. You authorize us and our payment provider to process the amount displayed at checkout. An order is not treated as paid until Safepay confirms successful payment.

Delivery estimates, cancellation eligibility, returns, exchanges, and refund timelines are governed by our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The website's original design, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to DropShop Premium Store. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit its content without written permission. Please also read our Ownership Statement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, DropShop is not responsible for indirect loss, events outside our reasonable control, or misuse of a product contrary to its instructions. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Pakistan.
